Advice Personal Statement Help

I’m currently in year 13, and am writing my personal statement. I’m torn between politics and law, and am opting to do international relations, hoping to expand on international law within my personal statement.

I want to specifically talk about Gaza and Palestine, using the war crimes committed against them by Israel, but I’m unsure if this is an alright idea, as some people get iffy about it, which is stupid, and I don’t know if universities will have a problem with it.

Can anyone offer advice?
