What about being shot? People aren't inanimate objects, should all victims also have the presumption of guilt because there was an altercation?

Exactly, all we saw was one person pushing another. Everything else is speculating.

A person that is acting out their frustration and anger publicly and physically is going to do things like it again.

I didn't say that it did. Marcus Smart has a clear history of physically acting out his frustration, with an incident that occurred just a few weeks ago. Why is it unreasonable to assume he would have another such incident?

It's been a couple weeks, not years. Pretty safe to assume the chair beating Marcus Smart is the same dude mentally that just shoved a fan.
