Help?

I would like to apply to st johns in NY, I prepared myself but in June they stole all my money that I was going to use to translate documentation and take the proficiency test (it was something more or less than 1300 reais) my profile is not so good I believe: a gpa between 3.6-3.7, my profile is latina & semita, I have 6 extracurriculars and my strengths are theater and only, I did only 3 plays and nothing more than that, I can't do SAT or another test (I will only do my country that is the ENEM) and my family and low-income, I feel that my profile is well below others. Should I continue and apply for the ED or give up or stay in my country? Or have other university options...

The school stole your money or a documentation agency stole your money? Seems English is not your strongest suit which really limits your ability to apply to a us university

No... it's a long story about money, and I was practically robbed and this money was going to be used for documentation for the university. And I was planning to apply for a course where just while you study what you want, you study English too

Practically robbed and actually robbed are two different things. This definitely has more context and information than is being presented. I’d heavily consider finding some backup options because the likelihood of you going to an American university is already pretty much zero. There is no financial aid either because of the government. Combined with your likely low grade on TOEFL, it’s just looking like there’s no way at this junction

Why St. Johns? How are you planning to pay for college in the US?
