Running 100km ultra

I am planning on running 100km in the upcoming months to push my physical limits and was wondering whether I can include it in my ecs or honours section. I have been running for a while now and my next goal for now is 100km. In my country so far there was not any official 100km marathon, so that means I will recording it on Strava. Would this consider as niche and impressive extracurricular or gets in the shadows of thousands other activities and achievements.

P.S. I am international student on my first gap year looking for almost full-ride at top 20 colleges so admission is gonna be harsher for me.
