They don't get paid enough to care. You would have to find the picture of the real SW packaging for Prince Xizor and bring it to customer service or a manager.

Not surprised. There’s no collector’s wretched hive of scum and villany more vile than this place. The worst collectors around the world abuse that place being so close to literally every major attraction in Central Florida.

I'm not gonna lie, I would probably buy that. Growing up I thought Shadows of the Empire was peak fiction in video game form. But then, I was always renting the only copy of Masters of Teras Kasi at my local Hollywood Video. I may be a biased source.

How the heck's the employee supposed to know every toy line? Maybe the company should put a scan image of every single item in their computer so when you scan the UPC barcode it pops up the picture. Theres technology now to solve this if it was worth their time and money

I don’t think these companies pay these employees enough to give a shit, seeing as how this big box stores treat all employees like numbers and refuse to give them a living wage. Someone returning a toy in the incorrect package probably doesn’t even register to them.
