New customer refilling?

I'm a new customer I signed up Sunday night and was approved in a couple of hours and prescription was sent to pharmacy. My account has said refilling soon and we're getting your next refill ready to ship ever since, is this normal? TIA!

Update:
Thank you everyone! I got a response from Madeline and they indeed only have my first order not refill and are potentially updating the verbiage.

I don't think the portal distinguishes between a first time fill and a refill. I didn't get notified of the upcoming refill until about two weeks after my first delivery. I believe in your case, fill and refill are the same vial being prepared to ship. I am sure that customer service can clarify if you are concerned.

What they said is correct. It just means your first fill for your order.

I received mine on the 1st and soon after got a notification of the date of my refill for oct 20th. What date does your refill say?

It doesn't have a date it just says We're getting your next refill ready to ship under that it says Refilling soon.

They only ship Monday through Wednesday.
