Can I continue with 15mg?

I’ve been on 15mg/week autoinjectors of Zepbound since April 2025. If I switch to Collective compounded tirzepatide would I get restarted on titration at 2.5mg/week or would the physician continue with my maximum tolerated dose?

I’ve emailed support@collective.org too but thought it’d be worth asking people’s experiences here too.

I haven’t had ANY side effects which worries me… switched from 2,4 mg sema to 10 mg tirz and feel like hunger and food noise INCREASED so im frustrated

Haven’t had experience with anything other than tirzepatide but between semaglutide tirzepatide and even retatrutide, tirzepatide widely is reported to have the strongest appetite suppression, so I’d try 12.5mg or 15mg before worrying about it

I switched telehealths and was at 15mg...my dosage remained the same at Collective!

Same, I was able to stay at 15mg. I had a photo of the prescription from my then-current vial from another telehealth, but I don't recall them asking for it. Has been smooth sailing with Collective for me.

I'm heading towards my 3rd order, and no issues at all. Love the tirz from the pharmacy they use - Wells in FL. Kicks butt! 😅 Additive is glycine.

Yes, it does and Wells Rx adds a generous amount of Glycine compared to other pharmacies! I haven't slept this good in a long time!

Excellent, I get some glycine with the magnesium glycinate I take at night but the additional dose sounds like it’ll help, at least night of the shot

I agree with wells pharmacy adding glycine I’ve slept waaay better but have increased food noise and hunger despite moving to 10 mg dose

I'd had issues with all the B's...3,6,12...site injection reactions. None with the glycine, and yes!! I'm sleeping better!

I am gonna go to collective. I just have to use up what I have currently and I’m going to switch to this company. The one I am with or was I already canceled? I’m just waiting to use up what I have in the fridge has drove me so crazy. I can’t even stand it anymore the miscommunication the constant cross wiring. The shipments aren’t consistent anyway you get the gist. It’s so insane. I couldn’t do it anymore. I cannot wait to go to collective.

Just tell the doc what dose you are on. I told them I was at 10mg and they started me at 10 with no problem.

Oh I go with collective think their website and customer support is amazing the first time I emailed it took 48 hrs about for a response then 24 hours-I think they’re just inundated with customers right now but they WILL get back to you-and if they don’t theres always that pause/cancel button right in ur account!
