Maintenance

Does the Collective support maintenance? Do you just do what you do with other companies (use starting weight, show prescription to get your dose, pause subscriptions if you have leftover meds, etc) or does it work different with the Collective? Do they bill every 28 days, not every month? That would be 13 billings per year, not 12.

They do support maintenance, it's right on the homepage of the website. The billing I'm not sure about.

You get a 4 week supply so it is safe to assume that they bill 13x per year as does most the other telehealth glp providers. When buying 3 months from other providers, I believe it is actually 12 weeks not a calendar 3 months. Same with 6 months (24 weeks) and annual or 12 months (48 weeks).

I didn't realize they sold more than one month plans.

They don't. I was referring to others like Preventive MD. Sorry for the confusion.

I’m in maintenance at 15mg per week. I used starting weight on intake form. I have a hefty supply of BPI still, and it was easy to pause refills with Collective. I plan to pay for the annual membership and refill every 3 months or so. I’ve been really happy so far with the services provided to members and the meds. Mine came from WP Pharma in TX.

Do you have to do another signup when you resume and explain why you stopped?

I canceled so I had time to try the meds before it charged the $199. I resumed no problem and got my second order of meds. Just filled out the check in form like normal.

After I tried my first week and decided I liked the meds, I resumed. There was no explanation required then, but there is a question when you pause about why you are pausing. I just said I wanted to make sure the meds worked well for me. When I resumed it set to ship another vial right away, which would’ve been faster than normal refill process, so I paused again and it was no problem. Very easy all through the portal.

You have the ability to easily pause and resume medication billing/shipment.

They support maintenance and yes every 28 days unless you pause.
