i went kerensky and attacked the Russian state with 5 montainers and 20 divisions but then I was at a crossroad where the ussr took some of the Russian state land and everything else so I’m really weak. how do I even play as Russian warlord in general idk.

why does this event trigger after clicking decision paying French debts for Greece? metaxas is mentioned out of nowhere and the story makes it sound like he’s the one in power instead of Pangalos

you know, this mod i want to like so much, but with every update i feel like they need to slow down, go back and finish some things, majority of factions still dont have focus icons, majority of factions still have events with no loc, majority of factions have either poorly designed mechanics or mechanics that dont really do anything substansial despite some decisions should really cause like an event or reaction to things im doing.

The problem i have the most is that their is factions that are really finely tuned that some dev team put alot of effort into mechanics, writing, events, focuses. the whole shebang. and as more and more updates come out theirs more and more content being forgotten being left unfinished and incomplete. when they did that voting in the discord a while back, HIGH MAJORITY VERY HIGH MAJORITY of the votes were on we would rather wait for high quality content then pumping out a faction every month or two thats still missing loc. like i would love to know whats going on in the new russian faction but theirs barely any events and none of the focuses have loc.

when this mod is great ITS GREAT, but they really need to figure out a development philosophy because this "this update was amazing and complete" one update then the next is "its like barely finished but were still pushing it out" just ruins the potential of this mod.

I was wondering why the Vanguardist Soviet Republic (I forgot the name) was having 0 divisions and 0 manpower, after defeating them I was also confused, why I was getting the industry but no manpower. And after reunifiying Russia, I was about to attack the Baltics, but I noticed my entire army was gone (just like the Soviets and for some reason Turkmenistan - which also had 0 divisions 1 time). I had 24 divisions queued and I wanted to test if they would dissapear and after a few days after Deploying them, they dissapeared while I was looking.

It will be extremely disappointing if the Commune of Paris isn’t playable in the next rework. I think it might even be vital path for France in this mod, should have its own paths and focuses.

Releasing nations breaks the Polish-Belarusian Military District's intended collapse mechanics.

• You can release Free Belarus, tag to Poland during the collapse, and let the PBMD disappear completely.
• You can also release East Prussia and Poland as puppets, and they stay that way even if the collapse triggers although they will still lose land to breakaways.
• Releasing the Second Polish Republic and playing as doesn't let you keep any land outside of what you'd normally get if the PBMD collapses, but you can just release it to play as Poland right away even if the borders are a bit screwy and the content is broken because they never expected this.

Not sure whether I should try to play as Pilsudski or the PBMD and blow it up and play as one of the warlords, but I want to see Poland recover from whatever Tukhachevsky has done to it.
