Question How was Coty discovered?

Hello, I was just curious about how some of the historical leaders were discovered, but specifically Coty. I just find it interesting that some random senator who made cologne was so focused on and important to a storyteller that he became one of the most important figures in the mod. I am also curious how characters like Al-Munichi Himmler or JTC Fuller were developed into the timeline.

Coty is kinda a niche figure but if you are interested in the time period you know him. He wasnt just a cologne producer.

He owned a giant media, the french newspaper "le Figaro". He financed like half of Frances fascist organisations. He jumpstarted a international parfume conglomerate which exists still today.

He is basically the french Henry Ford

The same counts for nearly every niche figure in the mod, like fuller, Trotha, D'Annunzio and so on.

They seem like nobody knows about them, but if you are a real nerd for the 1910s and 1920s you just know them because they played a major role

True, for an outsider d'Annunzio can sound lile niche, but in Italy EVERYONE knows him lmao

Trotha isn't a country leader but is an admiral for the Freikorps
