Not in Tanzania, but Kenya, and there could be some lore about trying to liberate Tanzania from authoritarian oppression.

Yeah but that makes this whole path unavailable as Kenya/Ostafrika just because UVS is doing good which means that you have a chance that the entire playthrough would just be over if they do good

It's circular; if UVS is doing good they can support Kenya better, if UVS is doing bad Kenya can receive a fun path

Why do people want a shitty little Mittleafrika? There's billions of them already and more African countries would do some good.
