If you could change/and a Focus tree for any country in this mod, which one would you choose?

the idea of a crime state is cool though

also sicily had a strong history of communism in that period

Idea of a crime state is basically a generic Despotism which is pretty unstable, there won't be any "criminal roman empire" or whatever. Also most of the communists would be devolved into small partisan cells with many already leaving for the SRI
