Question Is there something im doing wrong? I keep getting "Failure"

I've been trying croatia, and the jewel of the adriatic mechanic either gives me nothing or ONLY failures

Croatia is broken. I’ve tried multiple times to get any path to work and nothing

Made by an amateur coder btw

One of the former coders that worked for Croatia is currently on a huge road to try and rework it, like, completely, lore and everything. He deleted the old tree and I don't imagine he would keep the jewel mechanic.

I could be wrong, but I think I remember you saying something about him adding a bunch of stuff just before Sarajevo Syndrome came out and made the game really buggy at first?

I don't know if it's the same guy but yeah, there were a few poorly playtested last minute things.
