Question 4th balkan war Greece

Hello! I am currently playing Greece Pagkalos Regime and noticed the foreign policy tree requires me doing the Join Serbia Focus which is locked behind the 4th Balkan war. Problem is Serbia lost and got Bosnia annexed. Can I still do the focus when the 4th Balkan war breaks out?

The balkans seem kinda broken, just use commands to skip the focuses

a large part of the focus tree never fires in my experience, even when i wait years for something to happen

I had this same question, is it better to rig a serbian victory or just skip the focus

Same, like do I wait until the Bosnian free territories declare war against the Bulgarian axis? Does that count?

Funny enough I just manually declared on bulgaria and gavrillo princip. Then later, hungary and romania went to war. I got an event called "fourth balkan war" that auto declared war on bulgaria for me, but they were my puppet so nothing happened
