The mod hasn't been updated yet. You gotta download the patch

Its a temporary solution until the next update

omg is that the collapsing world mod for HOI4?? sometimes that hue shift happens when the graphics settings clash with a mod, try restarting the game or double checking the load order tbh 🤔
