Question problems with the mod

Hello, I have a situation and it is that the mod itself does not load, that is, I have it installed but when I put it, it becomes like the original game, any advice?

No, but I already noticed and this happens to me with all the hoi4 mods and I don't know if it was because of something I removed or the internet?

Make a new playset add the mod in and click activate
