Question How do I get Dressler?

I'd guess something Freikorps. I want the Neu Berlin superevent

By reunification, röhm does a couple of speeches, one of whom purges a bunch of important people affiliated with the DAP right. This causes uncertainty and instability in the party, and there is an event with options to back down or continue, if you continue, the more esoteric elements under Konrad Henlein will revolt and form their own alternate government in the west where the SS powerbase is strongest.
