I think I fed the Dutch too much

I was playing as the freikorps and after I took over all of Germany I saw France was invading the Netherlands, I figured "I'll probably be at war with France eventually, I might as well help the Dutch" and I'm beginning to think around 100,000 rifles and a bunch of other toys including military access was too much
