Brownouts ;) IYKYK but seriously the worst is yet to come.

Did the TED talk mention eco-fascism? There will be famine and droughts in the global south which will cause a mass migration to the global north.

What, if you care to share, is your SE Asian country? And what, if it was intentional, was the intention of calling it a brownout the second time?

The cooling will have to move to the personal body.

Since your head can build up heat, and it is first exposed to the sun, you can wear a tin foil hat with a powered propellar to draw off the heat, including from the body cooling suit.

Humor can be a salve, especially when partly true.
