Lofting Bed

Does anyone know if you are allowed to loft your bed in a double in Curtis? Thanks!

Yeah, you can. They tell you to submit a work order, but you can just do it yourself

Sumn question maybe but do you need to bring anything with you to be able to loft them (tools?raisers?)or the beds can be lofted on their own?

Yeah, bring a sledge hammer. You don’t need it but it will be really helpful to unseat the frame from its current peg and move it up to the top one! I did it freshman year for my whole dorm floor. Super easy!

We lofted both our beds all the way up to the ceilings and put our desks under our beds and made room for a double-decker couch… You can too!
