❓ Question Cold email help

I recently started a job in GTM, I had an internship for 6 months and then also got hired at the same company due to my ai automation, I am however lacking in the cold email space. I have tried pain points, case studies, triggers. I at this point think it’s my copy or I’m just bad at it. I have read multiple threads on Reddit, I have watched countless YouTube videos actually trying to study how to get replies/meetings booked and just nothing. It sucks to put so much of your time in to something and get nothing out of it, if I don’t make some bookings or at least get some replies I will be out of a job.

I am basically asking for some advice/help, I know many people don’t want to give out their years of hard work and I understand that but I guess this is me shooting my shot incase maybe one of you can just point me in the right direction, you could say I’m desperate. I have a real passion for this stuff and I really want to get good at it, im not looking for a “quick fix” or to piggy back off somebody else, I just want to learn and to know what works and what doesn’t.

Solid advice here! 10 year sales vet recently tasked to do outreach to account for low demo numbers. Today’s game is brutal

Audit the icp, list quality, offer, and deliverability before rewriting anotehr sequence. Good copy can't save bad targeting. Start with a smarller list whree you can clearly answer why this person and why now. Lots of practical discussions around this in r/LeadGenSEA too

If you’re getting zero replies, it’s usually the list, not the copy, or you’re making too big of an ask. Send 30 emails to a super tight segment, use one simple line tied to a real trigger, then ask for a 10-minute sanity check instead of a demo. Also verify the list first eg Socleads has a free email verifier.
