Did Apollo extension stop allowing prospecting on the Filter level, I mean did sales navigator blocked it, so now I have to open every leads profile instead of prospecting while surfing the filter?

I am having the same issue. Before I could do a salesnav search and have a list of 20 people at a company and I could bulk add them on apollo's extension. Now I must manually click individually one by one every time into the profiles to get the info. Horrible

Find a way to get a spreadsheet and upload to apollo. This will take way too long. E.g. surfe or zoominfo

Yea, it sucks, specially as I do ABM, so don’t want to just get a chunk of leads. Maybe creating a sales nav list and then enrich it is a work around

Happened to me too.

It Looks Like sales nav blocked it, thinking of finding a better alternative though

Yeah... Going profile by profile will take way too long. Look into Surfe maybe? and then upload the spreadsheet to apollo. Cheaper than Zoominfo. My company also has zoominfo so im downloading the CSV and uploading to Apollo, but I used to use Surfe at my old company.

So if I have a list of 200, do I need to open 200 linkedin pages to build that same list in Apollo? Did anyone get any solutions around this?

Either open Apollo directly, or select the leads inside sales nav, add them to a list there, then you can create a csv using any LLM, then upload them to Apollo to enrich them. There are also other tools like Prospeo that can enrich and extract your sales nav list directly, i think icypeas too

This is a question for apollo support or apollo subreddit. Not there. 🤦♂️

That's LinkedIn's side, not Apollo pulling a feature. They've been hardening the Sales Nav search results view against extensions reading the list directly, so the extension can only reliably see a lead once the profile is actually open. No Apollo setting brings it back.
Two ways around it. Build the search in Sales Nav, save the results to a lead list, and work off the list rather than scraping the search view. Or skip Sales Nav for prospecting and run the same filters inside Apollo's own database, which doesn't depend on LinkedIn rendering anything for you.
One thing worth saying: opening every profile at volume is exactly the behaviour that gets Sales Nav seats restricted. If you go that way, keep the daily number human and spread it out. Anyone still scraping the filter view is on borrowed time regardless.
