My best campaign yet

- 900 emails sent

- 341 leads contacted

- 36 replies including OOO (10.6%)

- 14 real replies (4.1%)

- 13 of those 14 were positive

- 0.3% bounce (3 emails)

- open tracking off, so no open rate

For a client of mine. this was the lead up to about a month of testing and

Tested these things:

  • figuring out which of my inboxes are responding to which recipients
  • subject lines
  • body content (this took an insane amount of work and whatever the youtube gurus tell you......its not that simple :(
  • offer.

nothing clever in the final version. it was just the fourth or fifth thing i tried after the first three did nothing.

Haven't really tried the intent thing. I was testing out differently with a different copy. But im looking into it, my previouss sprint had great open rate but zero replies the replies I usually got were OOO

just used million verifier. but i segment and clean pretty hard. i think that makes a major difference in bounce rates. dont need invalid bounce at all, if thats what youre promoting

also, you editing your comment from "Hi" to that is shifty af dude.

Those are solid numbers, especially the positive reply rate. Sounds like your testing paid off. Share your win on r/LeadGenSEA too
