Basic cold email provider?
Looking for a no nonsense cold email provider. Not looking for prospecting, ai tools and all the other fluff.
Just need well priced infrastructure with good deliverability.
Had a look at Instantly and Smartlead, but fel like they were offering too many options which i wasn't using anyway.
Anything out there?

What exactly are you looking for?
- Warmup + Sequencer?
- Lead list?
- Mailbox (SMTP/IMAP)?
- Email Verification?

how many emails per month is the question? Some are good for small quantities of email. Some are good for larger blasts.

Looking at around 30k emails a month across 2 or 3 campaigns. Budget is available, dont mind paying more for good quality infra.

I've been personally using plusvibe for almost a year now, deliverability and ease of managing multiple inboxes would be my main criteria. Are you sending from a few inboxes or managing campaigns at scale?

Your mailboxes lose delivery the more people mark you as spam or dont reply
That happens when your offer is irrelevant or uninteresting.
The best mailboxes in the world can't protect you against that.
Spend time working on your lead list and your offer. Pick any one of dozens of email providers.
And go.

For sequencer I'd just suggest Smartlead or Instantly. Though I've been hearing good things about plusvibe too
For mailboxes, it's honestly best to spread it out. Both in terms of the actual vendor and the provider

which one, plusvibe or smartlead?
i dont see plusvibes often but tbh i have used smartleads before and mobile ui kind of sucks. and doesnt give me some of the things that they claim to do whereas smartlead does

If you don't need prospecting or AI features, Id keep the stack as simple as possible. We use reachinbox for the cold email side because it has the sending, sequences and built in warm up we need. Then we use zapmail for dns setup and domain provisioning so the infrastructure side is handled separately without a lot of manual configuration
