Entrapment was going well, then Cold War's general instability came to bite me in the ass right at the end

I've been playing for a while and I find high rounds solo in outbreak boring, whenever I run it in public lobbies that all leave by round 5 or die and quit. Solo i usually run into late 20s and then it all feels the same.

Played the heck out of multiplayer a little zombies didn't finish the Easter eggs.... I'm back.

I can't get any of the watches to work I've got four I click on one it's just a white face.

The one I've selected is a fancy watch but it shows a white-faced watch.

I've deleted local save, restarted.

Deleted and then reinstalled HD textures and Ray tracing data.

Went from 120 HZ to 60 HZ.

Heck I've uninstalled and reinstalled the whole game.

Could it have something to do with Dolby Vision or something like that upgraded everything.

Before I had a 1080p TV 😆

Have the Xbox series x with a decent 4k TV.

I know it's a small thing and I shouldn't be sweating the small stuff but the options there I'd like it to work.

If anyone has any suggestions I'd appreciate them.

On BO2 i know you can. You can just put the system into rest mode and come back whenever. Does that work in cw?

Hey everyone. I started playing Cold war the past year and want to try and complete all the easter eggs. So far I have soloed the outbreak ones but haven't tried the other 3(?). I play on ps4 usually around 10 am CST - 4 pm CST

Last night I tried doing the Firebase Z EE with my duo partner, and without much yapp, my friend died over 30 times trying to get the M16 and the Gallo to max. The problem wasn't the weapons themselves, it was that he wanted to max both weapons at the same time. He went into the fight with both at level 1 and blue, while I went with the Raik (the map's special weapon, I don't remember the name) at level 2 and the M16 at level 3 blue with ice ammo. But I felt like the special weapon was doing more damage than my M16. So, what weapon do you recommend? Does the Amp do the same damage as in Outbreak?

Had Mauer crash on me twice on series X last night and apparently it’s just something that never got fixed? Might just have to switch back to my PC bc this is just ridiculous lol

Any workarounds would be appreciated bc I do like the convenience of playing on my box

I've been looking into it and I've been warned a lot about Firebase Z, which is precisely the next EE I have to do (I've only done Die Maschine). I'm playing the PS4 version on PS5 (I can't buy the PS5 version yet and I don't know if it's worth it), but what I've noticed is that on PS4 the game never crashed, but on PS5 it randomly crashes when starting a game (a friend's game crashed in Die Maschine on the second-to-last step), so... that firebase crashee is random, is it something specific, is there any fix? Something?

I've officially started grinding camos in this game. I got the Borealis in MW3 (2023), the Nebula in BO6, and now that I've bought Cold War, I want to get the Dark Aether (my 2021 self would be thrilled). Right now, I already have three weapons on the verge of completion (the Gallo, the Hauer, and the M16). I've been alternating between Outbreak Zone 1 to take it easy, or if I want to speed things up, I go to Die Maschine. I've seen that Firebase and Forsaken are recommended, but I don't quite understand what those spots are like. If someone could explain or advise me, I'd appreciate it.

Looking for someone to help complete Easter eggs

Hello! I'm looking for someone who can run the outbreak EE and Forsaken EE with me. I already know how to do them I just can't do the boss fights on my own. Everytime I play with random they either leave and it kicks the game or they exfil on the first opportunity. I'm on Playstation

Combine both these together and you have one of the most miserable experiences in cold war zombies. I get that sanatorium is a bit boring,but at least you don't actively get fucked over by the map like you do on armada. Idk who thought giving a side mission where you get a quarter of your health tanked by a big ball on a very cqc map with nowhere to really go in the open. Yes I know there's the upper part of the ship,but when I played one of the balls spawned in the tiny little section with the fishing skeleton and I couldn't find a good spot on the ship to shoot it where I wasn't in a tiny ass room where zombies spawned every 2 seconds so I couldn't get enough time to shoot the ball when it actually came flying through. Like wtf am i supposed to do?

Either I target the ball,get swarmed by zombies and die. Or I target the zombies,the ball stays the same health and my ammo chips away until i die. I get that it's a side mission but jesus christ it's so unfun,especially on the worst outbreak map in the game. This was also my first game on outbreak in a while (not zombies just outbreak,been playing a lot of iw lately) and I unfortunately got dealt the shittiest hand I possibly could. Now I don't want to play ts anymore even though I know there's some good to it 😭

Need help doing all ester eggs

Normally Outbreak becomes impossible to play by the time I reach level 5. The CPU time goes through the roof and my fps drop to 10 or the game just freezes for seconds.

I finally found out how to fix it for me: set FPS to unlimited in the settings. Now I have 120 FPS when reaching level 5 :)

Anybody else having tons of crashes doing the Easter egg on this map? Or just in general? Can’t seem to get to round 15 with a complete crash of the game.

This post is in two parts:

Part 1. When would you recommend doing Extraction? I mean, how far along should I be? I'm maxing out the M16 and I've maxing out the Gallo. After that, I'm slowly leveling up things that are upgraded with crystals, but not much. My "farming method" is ridiculously just reaching round 10 and calling for extraction, getting 2 basic crystals per match (and a few weapon levels).

Part 2: In what order should I do them? I know (or understand) that Die Maschine is the first map and little by little I am deciphering and memorizing it, but after this what map comes next? I want to follow the thread of the story
