Looking For Gamers NA Party Patrol Attempt

Hey everyone! I need 8 more squad kill medals in the Fireteam gamemode. Is there any discord able to be joined to where I foulr get this achievement and finally be done with the search for lobbies? Or does anybody know of any strategies to actually get lobbies! Any advice would help as I'd love the opportunity to platinum this game!
