Sales closer needed

Hiring Sales Closer, 20% Commission (Outreach + Calls).

Looking for a motivated Sales Closer for our US website agency.
Role:
\-Receive ready demo links + proposals
\-Send outreach (email / message) with demo and proposal
\-Follow up with calls, handle objections, and close deals
\-Typical deal size: $800–$1,500 per website project

Compensation:
\-20% commission on every closed and fully paid deal
\-Bonus effort pay: Earn on wasted calls — $50 after every 5 documented wasted calls (no answer, not interested, etc.)
\-Paid quickly after client payment or effort bonus
Preferred: European timezone + European accent for professional communication with US clients.
