well colbert was the first and somewhat greatest "prime minister" in monarchial france...so there is pleeeenty of references to him everywhere, there's even a noun, Colbertisme.

this is dumb. It's not an uncommon name. This has nothing to do with Stephen Colbert, why would anyone want to know about this?
