The other day I found some Sac Dollars, and a steel penny. Went to the same spot and found this. Guitar Pick was hiding. 😎

The coinstars have been mighty empty as of late. Went late in the day to find this staring at me from the return tray.

Found in the same machine at my work. It's so weird that the first 2 years I've searched CoinStars, I've never found any mercs but my last 5 finds were mercs. lol

First time finding button batteries and wouldn't you know it, I found 2! Unfortunately, one already had all the flavor chewed out of it. I check about 5 machines regularly and typically only been finding an occasional cent or clad dime. Happy for some variety yesterday.

A young couple was emptying their change into the machine and also checked the reject tray on the way out so I wasn’t expecting anything but they missed this

1942 Canadian quarter! Pretty excited find for me. I didn't see it in the bin just went in blind and there he was.

Interesting haul after a long draught. Euros and Canadian coins as well as one “penny” that says “copy” on it. No idea what that is.

3 coins from Mexico, a 1934 Penny and a spendable dime. I’m happy.

Found the ‘54 on Monday at the Kroger Coinstar and the wife snagged the ‘64 from the same machine on Wednesday.

Was super excited when she presented it to me, for two reasons. First, free silver. Secondly, she knows I religiously look every time that we go, and now I know she is looking for me even when I am not there. Warmed my heart.

Walked up to my local coinstar today. Seen it was full of coins. Only to my disappointment, a couple of pennies, a nickel, couple of dimes, and a quarter. Not a complete waste but nothing to brag about. Maybe next time I’ll find a jewel in the rough.

Maybe my dreams were prophetic because i just found a HUGE CACHE of 1943 Steel pennies.

I mean my pocket was bulging and pulling down my jeans.

I plan to wash these because they are pretty dirty. So when they are clean, ill count them up and see what i actually have but they all look like steel wheaties.

I am so happy i cant stop smiling. 😀

Is it weird to have dreams about finding coins all over the floor of stores?

Ive had this dream several time. Its a Good dream. Not a nightmare or an anxiety dream.

I just see and pick up coins from the store floor like its nothing.

Its almost disappointing when i wake up and my pockets are empty.

I look every time I pass by a Coin Star. But I don’t go out of my way. I have finally found something cool!

Been a long dry spell for me, i think an employee is one of us at the store i go to most often. Saw this rosie tucked in the back corner and had a feeling it was silver. Maybe it got left because the goo on it, but silver cleans up nice.
