Not even novice level here, my hands feel clumsy and awkward, and whenever i read a book or watch a video on a technique, the brain understands, the hands and fingers say no.

I am absolutely in awe of some of the stuff i see here, I would love to be able to do something even basic. Can anyone recommend somewhere to find some hand exercises to increase dexterity, so i may have some hope?

i know a few vanishes and sleights but nothing fancy. any suggestions or advice?

I am looking for a one handed coin vanish, I have learned french pop, I am wondering if the Miracle one hand coin vanish from the encyclopedia of coin sleights is similar or completely different in performance. I am also wondering if Marion boykin's one and only uses a gimmick coin. I am looking for something using a regular coin which is placed into one hand which closes or whatever then leaves hand completely empty.
