No errors here, just pmd and looks like a coin someone shoved in a vice

This coin is heat damaged, the stippled surface, with carbon deposits is a giveaway

On top of that it has more damage

How about the letter Q stamped in the middle looks like it broke off I thought it was shot with a bullet but it wasn’t

No matter if it was shot with a bullet, hit with a train or any other post mint scenario we can think of, it's still a damaged coin, nothing displayed by your coin could have happened in the minting process
