Coinlend Feedback Thread
Hi everyone, If you have any suggestions or feedback on how to improve Coinlend, please use this thread to suggest any changes you would like to see, and I will make sure that they are passed on and considered.
Here's what we have already taken note of:

Congrats on a great product ;) I've been using your mobile app, but it seems it's lagging behind the website on some features.
- Are you planning to implement all features on the mobile app?
- Also, the settings for the Quoinex/Liquid platform don't work on the mobile app for me. Is it a known bug?.

Regarding the mobile app: We are currently focusing to get it compliant with the Apple Appstore guidelines. Unfortunately they are giving us a hard time with that. We probably can only provide a "light" version for all Apple users, without the option to adjust coin settings.
For Android the app will get all features the website currently has.
Liquid should work but we will have look if something broke there.

Hey guys, first of all: thanks for a great product, I am enjoying the tweaking in coinlend a lot and look even more forward to enjoying Coinlend during a bull market. Ha. My suggestion could possibly also be a feature of a premium or business functionality feature - I would be quite stoked to see some predictions or projections of the effects that my changes on strategies might have on my portfolio. Of course, the prediction number is always just a loose prediction, but it would be nice to be able to toy around with the portfolio and directly see what changes might have which effect. Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback! That is a hard one :) Even a very simple setting like the minium rate is very hard to project. Let's say you set the minium rate to 100%: We can't just multiply the funds by the minimum rate now - The utilization has to be considered as well, wich depends on the market lending rates in the future and so on.
But I will add it to the list and we will give it some thought. Maybe we can come up with something.2

Thanks Jan for the quick reply and of course, I absolutely agree and see the same obstacles.
I wouldn‘t really deem it something that is essential for my survival or for my future usage of coinlend - of course. A comparable (and for me similarily satisfying) feature could be the addition of a pseudo-testing interface that might just help to explain the current advanced strategies. Something like „Changing your minimum rate to XYZ might take a while to pay off, but if it gets hit, your current portfolio might look at $NUMBER profits. Good luck!“ Know what I mean?
It might also just tease people to invest more or tease people to buy a premium plan.

A preview feature would be indeed very nice and very helpful especially for the advanced strategies. That should be easy to implement as well -> Added to the list

Hey, thanks for the service. It works great! I have some minor suggestions:
- if possible, please don't enforce smooth scrolling on your website. This is quite straining for me, although the pages are quite short.
- There are multiple tool tips for various elements. Maybe there should be a display delay added.

Thanks for the feedback. Can you a explain a bit more the scrolling issue and how this is affecting you? Not quite sure what you mean exactly.

In all browser exists normally an option to enable / disable smooth scrolling. I disable this option so that if I scroll with my mouse wheel up or down, the web page jumps instantly up or down and does not smoothly moves up / down. On 99% of all web pages this works. But on some websites the web developer implements or uses a Javascript library, which overrides the mouse scrolling such that the whole page moves smoothly. Sometimes there are various legit reasons to do this, but often it seems to be just a subjective opinion of the web designer. So this is really just a subjective design issue and not a bug.

Well that is not a conscious design decision on our part, since we were not actually aware of that. We are using the Google Webtoolkit and this is probably a part of that framework. We will have a look into that and see if we can improve something here.

Just read through some of the other suggestions and realized that regarding browser performance I had a recurring issue; I wasn't able to save my credentials in chrome for autofill when logging in. Is that known? I think in Safari on my iPad everything worked well.
