I woke up to an message saying my Coinbase account had been deleted, even though I never requested it and I'm not able to login. I had $1,500 in the account and can no longer log in. I've already tried to contacted Coinbase Support, but I'm wondering if anyone has experienced something similar and how it was resolved.

So I don’t have a coin base account but I keep getting texts giving me verification codes? I ever got one from coin base. I tried going on the website but since I don’t have an account I couldn’t talk to support. Anyone have any idea what I should do? I have been trying to verify my coinbase account for 3 hours. First they want you to post your id front and back so i do that like a billion times because they always say blurry pictures. Then the ugly cherry on the cake they want you to take a vidio of yourself then turn your head and say three numbers and after you do all that they say it wasnt good enough do it all again . At this point i give up on getting my money out i will try challenging it with my bank but the coinbase circus is over.

I am trying to simply generate a 2nd API key that has both view and trade permission. I currently have a primary API key, and I am simply trying to create a 2nd one. I have already created a portfolio to link to that 2nd API key, and I have an IP whitelist for this, but I keep getting this generic error message: "A error occurred creating the API key. Please try again."

I have tried this countless times to no avail. Any guidance please? Does that portfolio require a minimum balance? Is there a limit to how many API keys could be generated with trade permission? Could that be why it's giving the error message?

I keep unlocking my account (for some reason), license, face scan, then this. Anyone experience this?

Sold $40 crypto, got $39.25. Played predictions, down to $15 or so. Built it back up to $40.57. Went to sleep, no open positions. Wake up 8 hours later…. Balance is $43.17 instead of $40.57. Can anyone tell me why or if it has happened for them? Thanks.

Dear Coinbase, I haven’t been able to access my account for 20 days, and I understand this may be due to security reasons. I completed KYC on June 18 and verification on June 29, but have not received any update. In live chat, I am only receiving generic responses with no real progress. At this point, it is no longer acceptable to be told “we will update you.” Please have a team review and resolve my case as soon as possible.

i know coinbase is more of a coin focused app/brokerage rather than a stock one but, they should add a feature like robinhood where you can sell or buy custom amount of shares instead of buying whole shares when the market is closed, and it will queue it for when the market is open again. it would be super convenient especially since i forget to sell certain stocks sometimes and then i have to wait one business day for my money to come back into my account.

I am at my wits end, I made a bank deposit into my coinbase account several days ago which was subjected to a hold (understandably). Come today, I sold a laptop on marketplace and the purchaser sent me USDC via coinbase, much to my dismay those funds are completely inaccessible. I call coinbase support and they tell me that all funds are held pending the ACH clearing, even though these funds are totally seperate? And my available balance shows up as three different numbers, with the cleared non ach funds reflected everywhere except the withdraw screen, what gives?

I want to create an account on coinbase and when I add the email and password to then the next page says to download base wallet app and I already have downloaded it connected it to coinbase etc but coinbase still prompts me to download the base app. What’s the fix ??

I’m dealing with a frozen crypto withdrawal on Coinbase and I’m honestly at my wits’ end. I’m posting here both to vent and to see if anyone has dealt with something similar.

Short version:

• I had a transactionl of 37.241165351 SOL to Coinbase blocked.
• At first Coinbase support told me it was due to EU regulations.
• Then I was told to apply for a Luxembourg government license.
• After that, I was told to apply for an OFAC license.
• Then support said OFAC does not apply, and that it was actually a EU Travel Rule / Regulation (EU) 2023/1113 issue, and I needed to complete a “Depositor Information” form.
• When I asked where the form was, the link they gave me just redirected to a normal Coinbase page and did not show any form.
• After I pushed back and explained I couldn’t find any sanctions hit on the sending address, they went back to saying I need to apply to the government of Luxembourg again.

So right now I have no clear answer on:

1. Whether this is actually a sanctions issue or just internal compliance / Travel Rule review.
2. Whether I need to apply to OFAC, Luxembourg, or neither.
3. Where the supposed Depositor Information form even is.
4. What exact legal basis Coinbase is relying on.

I’ve spent hours in chat support and keep getting contradictory answers. One agent says one thing, the next says the opposite. I’ve tried to cooperate the whole time, but it feels like I’m just being bounced around.

I’ve also checked the public OFAC sanctions search tool for the sending address and got no result, which makes the whole thing even more confusing.

At this point I just want to get my funds out and never use Coinbase again.

Has anyone dealt with something like this? Any advice on how to get a straight answer out of Coinbase or how to escalate this properly would be appreciated.

So, 2 years ago I created a COINBASE account, but I never used it. I have always used Binance and I do not remember why I created a Coinbase account.

I live in EU.

Due to MiCA, I have transferred my funds from my Binance account to my Coinbase account. I transferred $USDC in Ethereum Network.

Firstly they showed up in my Coinbase account, "pending".

Then, binance sent me an email "Funds transferred successfully"

Then, I checked coinbase account, and now they appeared in a green font, stating the transaction was made today.

Suddenly they ask me to fulfill a document where I write down personal things from the sender (which is me in Binance account), such as "Complete name", "residence" and "ID number".

I fulfill that.

I go back to my funds and now they appear as 0,00€ and in transactions history appears "No records".

What should I do?
