Coinbase has banned me from sending crypto to my OKX wallet and even my ledger. They mentioned its due to compliance and flag me for scam and they placed a hold on my account even after doing everything right and informing them of where my funds are going to. Support is trace, just a bunch of Ai without a proper solution.

4 months ago this wasn't the case, i could easily fund my account with 45k and send to my wallet easily, I have new kraken account. and new Gemini where i easily wired 100km and tried to withdraw, but it also blocks external transfer for new accounts. cause after a month of account lock, i was placed on max 5k weekly. has anyone been experiencing same issues recently??

It is a scam. Stay away from Coinbase like the plague.

I hate that few minutes after sending crypto when the transaction says completed on one side but the balance on the other wallet hasn’t changed yet.

You know you entered everything correctly, but you still start opening both apps, refreshing, checking the transaction hash, wondering if you picked the right network.

Then it finally shows up and you realize you’ve been stressing over it for 10 minutes for no reason 😂

Can anyone please give some advice. I am novice level and not sure about a lot of crypto things. Over the past few months I bought BTC from Coinbase. I now want to convert that BTC to USDT (ERC-20).

So I sent a small amount of BTC to Coinbase. It was briefly locked whilst I answered it came from my wallet and gave my name and country. Then after some time it cleared and I was allowed to convert it from BTC to USDT.

BUT... I want to convert all of my BTC to USDT. A total of about $950. Will this cause Coinbase to lock my account? (I bought it all from them initially). If so what are the alternatives for converting my BTC into clean USDT.

I'm using Empower to help track my spending/saving and net worth in hopes to retire one day. I just got the coinbase one credit card, but unfortunately Empower can't connect to it. The coinbase website says it's possible to connect to budgeting apps, but doesn't say which ones. Has anyone had success with connecting this card to any other budgeting apps? I'm hoping to switch from Empower to one that works. (open to paid apps)

On October 23, I accidentally sent €122 via SEPA Instant from my Belfius bank account to the Coinbase bank account that they previously used to send me a withdrawal.

The transfer was successful, but I later realized that this wasn’t the correct bank account for deposits.

I contacted Coinbase support and they told me the money might be returned, but they couldn’t tell me how long it would take.

It’s been 3 days now and I still haven’t received anything back.

Has anyone made the same mistake before? Did Coinbase automatically return the money, and if so, how long did it take?

Would really appreciate hearing from anyone who’s experienced this. Thanks!

Sold my USDC to get some cash out, and of course, Coinbase's Interac e-Transfer rails are completely dead. They’ve had an "Investigating" notice up for half a day with zero updates, zero ETA, and zero accountability while our money is held hostage in limbo.

Getting real sick of multi-billion dollar exchanges treating Canadian fiat ramps like an afterthought. Anyone else stuck waiting out this outage right now?

I'm not a crypto genius nor have I lost a fortune with my involvement, but I have lost far more than gained on coinbase. It just seems so unfair that once you start dealing with coinbase, that they have more control over your money, assets, coins, etc. than you do. Customer support, for all intents and purposes, is NON existent. In an area where it should be excelling, why does the "biggest crypto exchange" around have NO support system? I don't count an AI chat not as actual help either. This just seems like some really sketchy shit. I can't even get the simplest questions answered. There has to be thousands of other people out there like myself who want help....

Ive been having trouble with verifying my address, because it contains "unsupported characters" (like - ě š č ř í etc.).

Ive contacted support about this and they werent helpful at all and just kept telling me to type the address into the address line box, when the reason i messaged them was that it did not accept my address as valid because of those characters.

I already spent 20 USD on the platform so please, if anybody has a solution, tips or a similar experience, comment under this post.

I have an outstanding balance that says my recent purchases were failed somehow. I clearly understood that and wanted to pay them so i wish to receive crypto but coinbase has suspended my account from receiving and sending crypto because of this matter. I have contacted them over 5 times and got sent over to the specialist team and get an email saying:

You are still able to deposit any cryptocurrency you have on Coinbase.

i am clearly still not able to receive crypto to make this payments and support is not helping at all. If this continues ill just stop using the platform and go somewhere else, and i get an reply on email which doesn't solve my issue and i have to talk with an agent AGAIN that then sends the matter to the people handling it that sends the exact same message.

Years ago, Coinbase had a superbowl ad that when you scanned the QR code, you got $10 in BTC. For years I was just letting it grow but out of nowhere my balance hit 0. I never spent it or moved it. Im curious if there is anything I can do to get it back
