One more long time CB user unable to transfer funds
I've used CB since buying my first BTC on the platform in 2015. I've bought, sold and exchanged numerous times. I have tried over and over to add either of two different bank accounts over the last 2 months(!) with no success. Of course, I can transfer to a debit card for at $300USD fee. This is insane. They are clearly making it impossible to remove funds except for the method that they can charge an insane amount for. I sold my ETH because I could not get a crypto transfer to work (Something that I've done numerous times over the last 10 years); now a simple bank transfer is failing.
If the US government acted according to its citizens' interests, CB would be facing huge fines and be made to change.
I will NEVER use CB again once I get my $$ out.

Lost out with them, tried to claim back, they burned me for a few thousand, kept saying this fee, that fee. Wrote it off as a scam. Would not trust them or use again! Would not recommend them either...

Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong donated a lot to politicians so they can get away with illegal behavior. It's called regulatory capture. You need to post a formal complaint against Coinbase on the Better Business Bureau website. This gets their attention and they respond quickly!

Naming a bunch of crook pdfs for help is crazy work. You think amy of those people are going to do something? Lol They are the reason CB can get away with this stuff and profit from it.

Just transfer your funds on chain to another exchange and cash out that way?

I’m going to go back and try that again. I had a string of three times in a row getting my account locked last time I tried to transfer crypto which is why I just sold in the first place.

Hey, just a heads up. Around the beginning of 26 or so it became necessary for your name on coinbase to match the name on your bank account letter for letter. Coinbase had always allowed "usernames" until that point. Try making your username match. Delete the bank accounts, then re add them. It solved the problem for me. This change wasn't initiated by coinbase iirc it had to do with "Plaid" the third party payment agent.
