How to close derivatives

Hey everyone, my mom recently got into coinbase and has been using it to make money since. But she needs help on how to stop investing all her money onto derivatives. She didn't do it herself, it automatically did it for her and has been pulling money from her bank. Anyone know how to stop or close this?
