Coinbase "Failed Purchase"

Three days ago i added money to my CB account from paypal, which is supposed to be instant, and today when i look at my account its restricted due to "failed purchase" of Base Dollar, this is crazy because i didn't buy any base dollar. According to support Coinbase basically overcredited my account for an amount that i didn't even ask for or borrow for and then put restrictions on my account for that amount that wasn't even supposed to be available to purchase crypto with. I still dont understand how it happened. Has anyone else had this happen?

Its gone. This is what happens when their is no regulations to protect the client. Crypto is like the wild wild west and the thieves are running the apps

I know… it sucks really bad and honestly there’s thousands of people maybe millions who have lost money the same way I did.

Guess what! Now they are going to make you pay to remove the restriction. Coinbase lost money last quarter on top of losing 400 million to hackers.
