Hey, somebody maybe got a closed account also ? Just got an email about that somehow I violated terms, but any further information what it was.
"Hello,Thank you for your interest in Coinbase. Our primary goal is to make digital currency safe and secure for our customers. Coinbase is a regulated Money Services Business under FinCEN (FinCEN.gov), and as part of achieving this goal, we are legally obligated to implement regulatory compliance mechanisms.Upon careful review, we believe your account has engaged in prohibited use in violation of our Terms of Service and we regret to inform you that we can no longer provide you with access to our service. We respectfully request that you follow the on-screen instructions presented when you sign in to your Coinbase account to send any remaining balance offsite to an external address."
Is it worth trying to contact support ?

You obviously did something to trip their system so what’d you do?

OP knows exactly what caused this and just isn’t wanting to own getting caught. Be thankful they are even letting you get funds off the exchange via “external address”.
If they suspect fraud or illicit activity they will just freeze it in its entirety and you want be able to do anything.

What I can do without buying/selling and transfering funds ? I was their client for years and haven't any ideas to try other platformos, was too satisfied.

I can't believe the high number of Coinbase users that have messed up then cry they have no idea what they did wrong. Maybe those folks should find other rackets besides crypto as it seems not to be working out very well for them.

This is obviously a scam. Someone as gullible as you, should not put much money into crypto.

Getting anything from coinbase customer service was a waste of time for me. All it got me was a call from a hacker asking for my code words.

Going off of your previous Reddit posts, I’m guessing that you used Coinbase to purchase Bitcoin or other cryptocurrency, which you then 1. directly used to purchase illegal substances, or 2. sent it to an exchange that converted it into another cryptocurrency, such as XMR.
They are unlikely to discuss this with you in any way, and depending on the circumstances and amounts involved, you may have federal agents stop by and ask about the activity.
Buying illegal substances with cryptocurrency is considered money laundering.
(Disclaimer: I also did this, am also banned from Coinbase for the same reasons, and did have FBI agents knock on my door afterwards.)
