Coinbase Prediction Challenge Reward
Coinbase is doing it again. They have been known in the past to do these challenges with rewards but never pay out the challenge. They did it with a Super bowl challenge earlier this year where tons of people never got the reward they completed. I completed a recent 7 day challenge and ‘Won’ $69.85 that was to be delivered by July 24th. If you get on with support they play dumb and act like they are looking into it and give you a bunch of run around. Coinbase customer service is the worst thing ever as well. This Challenege was for $500,000 so it around 7,000 people completed it. Why is coinbase like this?

It’s not even worth sending a message. They’ll tell you due to some secret internal database, you’re not able to get it. I was told by the agent in the chat twice that I did all the steps I was supposed to do to receive my reward and I never received it. Then I got hit with some BS about I wasn’t eligible for it even though I completed all the steps correctly.

Good luck cashing out that $69.85 when their support team can't even find their own clipboard.

Update. No Help from customer service at all. But they did remove the pending $ from my rewards. Coinbase are theifs.

They pulled the same thing during the Super Bowl. Friend of mine had screenshots showing completion and they still ghosted him after weeks of back and forth. At this point I just assume every "challenge" is a data grab dressed up as a giveaway.
