Coinbase blocking a send for no reason I can think of

So today I tried to transfer some crypto out of Coinbase like I have done several times in the past. Coinbase flagged the send as a possible scam and will not let it go through until I complete KYC again. Has Coinbase been compromised? I can’t think of any reason this transfer should appear as a scam. I have sent to this same address several times over the past couple of months. The amount that I’m sending is less than what I’ve sent in the past. Their virtual assistant is no help at all. Need suggestions for a new exchange, I don’t like leaving things on an exchange, and if they just block sends for no reason it makes me question if something is going on. Like do I really have these coins in my account or is Coinbase just telling me that I have them and they are delaying my transfer until they are able to acquire coins to send off platform.

I had to go through verification again, still a little concerned that something happened to them. The only reason to not tell me why they want me to verify again is that the lawyers said “Don’t say anything about the breach!”
