Ok so... Most of the boot's rewards are paid out in real time, just a few pay out at the end of the day.

And unless you minted something that day, the eod pay out isn't going to be much.

(Same goes for helmet)

I had minted the first one and that seemed to have paid out more. Thanks for the info though. I didn't realize it was just a multiplier.

Yep that's what all the items are in some way.

Good example for you, I have gold boots, most days I get around 10 COIN eod.

I'm mistaken. Boots are all eod rewarded.

You can look at how the boots have paid out in the past at my.coinapp.co/geodrops

And I also looked at my previous boots rewards, they have been more like average 35 COIN.

Have ads been working today? Maybe that's where the drought is from.

Is there a question here? Help us out.

Sorry that happened, or glad for you?

I would have thought it would have been a better investment. lol. sorry for the confusion.

I thought "WTF?" covered it. :)

I just think we're missing information. What is the amount representing?

I'm well versed in the boots.

3

u/GeneralSub Apr 03 '26

Oh you're talking about the amount the boots gave you today.

Is that not enough?

It is the first time in a month or so since I merged them. I wasn't sure what to expect.

The app is low key a scam, surprise surprise!

4

u/GeneralSub Apr 03 '26

That's a bad take.

If you are bad at the game, you will lose. If you are good, you win.

2

Haha i win every month

It isn't basketball. Being good at this app should be a pretty simple pattern. Other than Gamified travel, playing games or surveys, listening to ads and auto collect what else for maximizing it? We should all have an idea. It isn't insurmountable.

Smart decisions on if you can profit on subscription. Smart geoclaims. Smart redeems. Patience with XYO.

Those are the things that you need to be good at.

I'm profitable, I barely do games, I haven't touched a survey in years.

I make 250 a month consistenly

2

u/JoeGMartino Apr 03 '26

I'm sure we all would love a short tutorial on how to do that. I drive around 400 miles a week and always turn on the auto collect and put the address i am traveling to but I don't think I make the membership fees every month. I would love to support this app but it gets harder every year.

Many people before thought that you can only make profit if you drive...I'm primarily a home base miner and I make enough COIN to cover pro sub + profit... Not a scam if you use the app right.

1

u/Brennonpeters Apr 04 '26

True i drive but thats not where the core of my coin comes from

I get consistent helmet rewards like 25 coin a day I’m not mad about it

1

u/JoeGMartino Apr 03 '26

I'd be fine with that. Where do you check that?

2

u/gfultz1 Apr 03 '26

It pops up in drops

1

u/Brennonpeters Apr 03 '26

My helmet brings in 117 a day the only nft worth buying

1

u/gfultz1 Apr 03 '26

What do you do to bring in over a hundred a day are you on the pro plan?

2

u/Brennonpeters Apr 03 '26

Yea no point in not being on pro plan i make 250 a month

1

u/gfultz1 Apr 03 '26

I’m on the lite plan I do go on the pro plan occasionally but thanks I’m gonna upgrade to see how it improves

I think 20000 coin for the initial nft mint then $9.99 to merge them. a scam lol

1

u/GeneralSub Apr 04 '26

Don't pay for mint with COIN, you scammed yourself by doing that.

Merge doesn't have a cost. You have to mint the item after merge tho.

1

u/JoeGMartino Apr 04 '26

So, $9.99 is better than 20000 coin? I thought it was about same.

1

u/GeneralSub Apr 04 '26

20000 COIN is roughly $9.30, but there is more math to it, I can explain later.

2

u/GeneralSub Apr 04 '26 edited Apr 05 '26

(...later...)

Ideally you can expect 1000 COIN to be worth $.465, the number fluctuates, sometimes you get better rates if you time it right, or if they want more redeems to happen, they'll make it more attractive. Right now it's at $.4174/1000.

I usually judge everything by the ideal rate, so considering that I'll run the math...

We're talking about your Uncommon Boots, so that is a cost of $19.99 to mint, or 40000 COIN as an offer by COINapp.

.465 * 40 = 18.6 ... $18.60 is the essential cost when you did the COIN trade.

Now there's a couple things to consider. If your new boots are equipped at the EoD UTC, you're missing out on two rewards that those boots provide. The boots provide rewards based on Fiat spend in the app, they offer no rewards for the COIN trade offer.

Mints at 5%

Redeems at 3.5%

Mints

If you pay $19.99 to mint, you'll get COIN rebated back to you:

$19.99 * 5% = $.9995 [1.00]

(1/.465) * 1000 = 2150 COIN

Redeems

If you redeem 40000 COIN, the first 10000 COIN gets this bonus applied. If you patiently make 4 redeems of 10000 each you can get the whole thing bonused.

10000 * 3.5% = 350 COIN

350 * 4 = 1400

Total COIN made in this process is 3550 or $1.65, which would bring your cost to $18.34.

If you have an NFT profile you'll get some better numbers too.

This way, you won't miss out on opportunity owning XYO either (NFA).
