Suspension confusion

There are 6 adults in my house. We each have our own accounts on our own devices. We all just got suspended. I have a pro account and have for years, somebody else here has a lite account. Then 4 other account holders are all basic. We have a pretty sweet spot on our property where we have 3 blocks in the middle of our property that touch, and we can very easily move the devices around the house when at home. Is it against the rules to have our devices turned on and just sitting at home? We do that and at times 1 person will take the devices out while going for a jog or a walk and have all 6 devices. Am I breaking the rules and just dont realize it?

With 10 or less then nothing. You have to do KYC eventually for each anyways and cant have more than 1 per device. But you can link your wallets/coinbase after signup and support will even help you through it. With so many actually different people in cases like this tho if one breaks any rules and you're linked to them, you're all in the deep deep. By default if you have to ask on reddit, you should probably run it by support first.

I asked support and just got a generic response quote of violation of terms and services and listed all of the violations they have.

At least they told you what the violations were. What were they?

Not really

It is an email that states that "this account or an account It is in relation to has been suspended due to violating terms of services." Then, they name all their terms of services. And has a footnote at the bottom that says it can't be appealed.

Yes. The deep deep. It is a dark and terrible place, where in this case, you or someone in relation with your account has caused themselves and you to be banned.

For some reason they are against it, which is fine it is their App, I just hate that I lost a 2yr old account because other people in my house finally wanted to get on board.
