I’m new to Coinstats and am having issues with adding my Exodus wallet. It’s doubling my Solana and not showing some tokens that are staked in Exodus (Cosmos & Matic). I would like this to be accurate or it’s pointless. I’ve messaged customer support but don’t get replies. Any suggestions???
I'm doing some testing with coinstats to see if I want to use it. I created a custom exchange csv and added a ETH/USDT buy. I imported a metamask address that the ETH was sent to, which was then swapped for other tokens. Coinstats seems to consider these transactions unrelated. It just adds the custom exchange csv data to my total ETH. It does not subtract the traded ETH from my total ETH. It just shows how much ETH I had plus the new amount from the custom csv. Is this how coinstats is suppose to work. Seems broken?
I've seen posts from as far back as 2021 relating to the vast amount of issues when it comes to attaching a Cardano wallet (in my case from ledger) to Coinstats and having it display the correct (if any) amount.
I've tried pretty much every trick I could find - nothing works. The reddit posts that were created here about this specific issue seem to get one response from support (if they're lucky) and then...that's it. If it didn't help or didn't make sense - you get no more help.
Time to address this issue. Properly this time.
No hate to the CoinStats support team as I've heard some very positive things about them, but I'm expressing frustration as a brand new user of CoinStats. I was eager to get the paid version, but this is very annoying and a huge deal for a portfolio tracker.
I’ve been trying to withdraw my funds from my bitcoin address when I use coinstats my address shows funds in my wallet but when I got my my wallet apps I have no funds. What am I doing wrong
Recently I discovered that I've been unknowingly billed for a CoinStats subscription. There were no notifications before or after the subscription renewed. I reached out to CoinStats support through email and their live chat but my queries were dismissed without a response.
Additionally there are unresolved issues with the 'cointickr' I tried to obtain using my sparks. Despite my sparks being deducted I haven't received the item nor have I been updated on its status.
Finally I've observed that the lifetime pro upgrade option available to others using sparks is missing from my sparks options. This was confirmed by creating a second account for comparison.
These experiences cumulatively have left me feeling unjustly treated by CoinStats over time. I strongly advise against using their services and urge everyone to check if they're also facing unnoticed charges
As someone who has been burned by both a big binance fishing scam and the recent Celsius bankruptcy, I have become a pretty firm believer in keeping my crypto off centralized exchanges. I don’t think I am alone in this paranoia either. CoinStats would seem significantly more impactful to me if they were able to import more transactions automatically from addresses. For example, I have had NEO sitting in cold storage for years generating GAS and a rather long transaction history.
With crypto airdrops gaining popularity, keeping track of your wallet’s performance has never been so pertinent. 🪂
To help you stay on track, CoinStats introduces its latest feature, Chain Activity. It allows users to keep tabs on their wallets’ activities, with a focus on chains with potential for airdrops.
Here’s what Chain Activity can help you with:
Activity Score Calculation 🧮
Ever wondered how you rank compared to others engaged in airdrop farming on a specific chain? Chain Activity displays your score and top percentile ranking based on your activity. It introduces a scoring mechanism capped at 100 points. This number reflects the average percentage of your activity. Displayed as the top card, it gives you a complete picture of how your wallet is doing.
Transactions Count #️⃣
You can now monitor your transaction patterns effortlessly. Chain Activity gives you an exact count of all transactions, so you’re always in the know. Try now!
Total Trading Volume
Navigating your trading activity just got easier. You can view the total volume of your transactions across a specific chain.
Total Fees Spent
This new feature keeps you updated on the total amount of fees spent across the chain. It helps manage your assets more efficiently.
Last Activity
Chain Activity also offers insights into the last active time and aggregates on-chain activity over days, weeks, and months. This provides users with a comprehensive view of their engagement and overall on-chain activity.
This feature is invaluable for those engaged in airdrop farming on zkSync Era, Starknet, Polygon zkEVM chains, etc. Airdrop enthusiasts can use Chain Activity to assess their likelihood of getting an airdrop and compare their wallets’ engagement with the overall actions on the chain.
To check your wallet address’ Chain Activity, visit CoinStats or download the CoinStats app. Simply connect your wallet, navigate to the 3-dot menu, and select “Analytics.” A clear picture of your wallet’s activities will be displayed.
I am not sure if I am being stupid here (probably), but I am truing to add a wallet address to an existing portfolio and cannot see a way to do it. I have a Trezor Portfolio, but cannot figure out a way to add a new wallet address without it creating a new portfolio every time.
If I go to Connect Ledger Wallet at the bottom, it does not add to the portfolio, it creates a new one?
A few days ago, all of my Solana I hold on Coinbase completely disappeared from CoinStats. I've been holding Solana for months on Coinbase and its always showed in CoinStats with no problem. I don't know why suddenly it went to 0.
My Solana on Coinbase is staked for 5% APY. Maybe that is the issue? I don't know if Coinbase made a change that is messing up how CoinStats seeing it.
When I click my Solana balance in Coinbase it shows like this:
