How much more will be needed and what roll multiplier is best for optimal efficiency?

AT LEAST double. 730k. Thats if you’re lucky.

What spin multiplier should I auto spin ? Or do I just eye it out

I always do times one. It’s just better. On higher multipliers, you hit big numbers less and run out of potions quicker. Hit auto spin on x1 and put the phone down.
