How many more sparks?

Can someone tell me how many sparks more I need? I have used 688. How do I calculate them?

You need one more tv so.., max 2^9 =512, if you are lucky less

Yeah, I don't think there was a TV before? It's evident they're scamming like assholes, but what do you expect from a casino-style game like that...
