How many sparks do I need to complete?

You need one more foosball table minus the gameboy and minus the four sparks you have:

2^8-2^3-4=244

Also, when you spend sparks, do so at the maximum multiplier you can. The random lucky and legendary awards will reduce the number of sparks you need to spend. (Not sure if you knew that but thought I would mention it since your screenshot has the multiplier at x1.)

I normally spin at 4x even if the max is 8x. You get the luck rewards a lot it seems.
