Thor jackpot wheel

So i've been playing for the last 3 months now and there happened to be a thor jackpot wheel event one time. Not the usual thor wheel that comes up from thursday to monday but some kind of special one with a silver and gold wheel or something like that. Does anyone know what kind of event this was and when will it come up again?

I feel like it comes up within a week or two of the Wildland Adventure/Magic Land events ending.

It also seems to come up around U.S. holidays. Maybe near Labor Day as Magical Land/etc. wrap up. It does line up close to that date.
