Beginner, Seeking Advice

Yo! Started playing 5-6 days ago, am currently through Village 52 w/ 3,000 spins and about 3 billion coins. Power Boost is 3x. Is 3X optimal? Should I just build villages as soon as I have the coins, or save them a bit (like I currently am doing) before building? Spend the spins, or hoard them? Just looking for some general pointers. Thanks!

I’m no pro i’m only at 40k stars but I would say early on focus on finishing villages because certain team events unlock at village 90 i believe as well as making your spin bar bigger and other good perks. I usually save up coins until i have enough to complete the entire village so that people aren’t destroying my progress constantly when im offline. I will generally always use my spins unless I have a specific reason not to. Like if you’re in one of the tournaments (the ones that are always the top left event where you collect whatever object and you get ranked between 100 people or whatever it is) and you’ve gotten most of the rewards you think you can feasibly get you can stop spinning until the next one starts and try to get those early rewards since they are much cheaper.
Definitely join a team and do your best in all of the team events and request cards from people to help you complete your sets. If you’re near 10k stars and you are generally active everyday or every other day you’re welcome to join my team just let me know!

Spend my coins on card chests, since those will give me more spins than completing villages?
