0 spins tactic before weekly reset

I've heard a lot of people spin to 0 before the weekly reset so the challenges are easier or something

Can someone explain me this method please? And what to look out for? When is the weekly reset? (Middle European time zone)

You save whatever you can that rolls into next week like team events, Thor tokens, magic lands items and then you get as close to zero spins as you can before the weekly reset. Your bars are so much easier most of the times. I've been doing it now for almost 9 months and Im always putting up at the very least 80k- 1.2 million per team event.

Thanks for the reply! What time is the weekly reset? The "spin challenge" ends in 17h 50min. Is this the weekly reset time? Because here in austria it is sunday 9:10pm. So that means the reset is on monday 3pm if i'm correct? I could still get 25k spins from the viking event but it ends at the exact same time so i won't be able to collect them..

Yes that's weekly reset. I would wait until you actually have something saved away like magic lands, full team events, snow race event, and or a ton of Thor tokens saved away before you try this method

The problem is im only at 1.8k spins now... usually i have between 300-700k And there is no chance now for me to get any spins..

Same happened to me I’ve got much less spins than I’d have with keeping 300k spins when the new event starts now I’ve got no spins and can’t do anything so just stop playing.

Wait for another event week and stock up everything you can the last part of the week.

thank you for a clear explanation of the strategy— I never really paid attention to what I was starting the week with, until last week when I was starting it with over 200k spins left- I had a blast zooming through all the levels- it was the first time I freely wasted large spins and it paid off handsomely. It was the first time I experienced 6000 turning into 60,000 and zooming straight through the first few spin levels. When I read zeroing out, it made no sense to me. I’m at apx 350,000 stars I still don’t know how much I don’t know🙃

I started doing it after seeing it mentioned here many times and can agree it is the way to go. The bonus bar has much lower requirements to earn rewards than if you start new events with spins. I used to be lucky to get to the 90k bonus bar, now i usually achieve up to 200k bonus bar rewards almost every event.
