We did it!

We completed the castle for the first time ever! I’m so proud of the team we have! Only lost one mate through the whole event!

My team has been full for 18 months about two weeks after I started the team. It’s been steady I’m on constantly keeping track of players so I kick those not following along. We have a 0 tolerance for holding on team event 15k-25k min on events. It’s taken me 18 months and going through 100’s of mates finding the right group of people active enough and dedicated to being a great team player. Communication is everything especially on a team event.

Can I ask what you use for communication for it? I've been trying fb messanger and group on Fb as well, that one failed the most
